If the topic contains drop-down text, click each drop-down to expand the contents before printing.
To print a topic:
Open the topic that you want to print.
If the topic contains drop-down text, click each drop-down to expand the contents before printing.
Right-click within the topic and select Print from the menu. The Print Topics dialog box appears.
Specify any printing preferences and then click OK.
